​中銀人壽接觸我們,希望裝潢能有一個新的市場定位。我們於是在設計上用上大量深木色,去建立一個專業企業的形象。櫃位則採取開放式的設計,方便與客人溝通。等候處亦有椅子,桌子和電腦,方便顧客等候期間可以舒服地上網,讓人倍感舒適,從而建立客人對中銀人壽的信任與支持,加強品牌的形象。

​BOC CWB CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE

BOC Group Life Assurance Company Limited approached INTERIUM to design a retail environment enclosing the new brand identity for the first customer service centre at Causeway Bay. We use lots of dark wooden finishings to create a tidy and professional image for their customers. There are open counters to facilitate communication with customers. There is also a corner that customers could rest whilst queuing. In this way, customers could feel at ease with BOC Group and build trust and support.
