白普理賽馬會青年旅舍廚房及飯堂

設計概念沿自美式混搭工業風。在佈局上,把原有密封式的廚房擴大,改為半開放式的廚房,工作空間亦是半開放式,以配合教學功能。舍內亦延伸出一個戶外空間,加強室內外的關聯,塑造出自由旅人的感覺。物料多使用原始材料,例如中間用餐的餐桌和椅子,都使用原木材。餐桌上亦吊上粗獷的啞黑鐵架,配合整個設計。
室內兩條圓柱,我們亦有特式設計。入口的圓柱會貼上原木底板,而廚房前的圓柱中,我們會把原有的油漆剷去,鋪水泥作無拘束的點綴。室內亦會放不同國家特式的擺件及掛畫,代表不同的旅人以這裡為中心居住,無分國界。

BJC KITCHEN & CANTEEN

It is an industrial design with black wire-frames and wooden materials to express the American freestyle and reinforce the raw authentic atmosphere. The kitchen is expanded to become a semi - open area for more cooking space and easy demonstration. We add little color pieces of furniture as the accent to add freshness to the whole. There will be props from different countries to embody no boundary among different nationalities and we just stay as one. The bar corner stands out with a signboard and there is also a refreshment corner for more relaxing gatherings. It is extended outdoor and connects more with outside.
