設計以悠閒生活化為主，善用屋內的原先的間隔作佈局。多個房間的設計實用又舒適，讓生活更寫意。用色和物料使用都舒服和生活化，居家感覺躍然眼前。廳面呈長方，分開客廳和飯廳。玄關兩旁則間成廚房和工人房，善用原先圖則。全高櫃連陳列位置，製造大量陳設和貯存地方。訂製的床頭几和書桌，再加上壁畫等裝飾，實用性和美感俱全。廚廁用上仿雲石地磚和磚牆，既美觀亦易於打理。

LAGUNA VERDE

The design are both functional and comfortable and the colours used are soft. It is just relaxing and makes living happy.  There are kitchen and maids' room at the sides of entrance. The central rectangular space is divided into living room and dining room. The full height cupboards increase storage area. Tailor-made furniture, tiles in kitchen and washrooms are all pragmatic and appropriate.
